These Nike SB P-Rod's have just popped up @ A-Front, a Houston, Texas based skate-shop. I haven't heard or seen much about these, but I they are a must have in my book for any P-Rod fan. These are quickstrikes so they will be limited to certain stores so see what you can find and let me know your personal thoughts...

Nike SB (September Releases)

3 Bad to the bone releases this month:
AIRTRAINER1, this baby gots the hype when Supreme did their colors on it last season, this one is almost up to that standard, black base with royal blue contrasts, almost like T19 did it themselves..
PROD2, in a black suede base with golden contrasts, rich for fall!
BLAZER, in a trippy tiffany/auqua suede!! this one will blow out in secs....!

Incase | Paul Rodriguez Website Launch

The efforts of Incase and Paul Rodriguez have been previewed over the last few weeks and recently culminated in the launch of Paul Rodriguez’s own mini-site over at Incase. The site offers a break-down of the project at hand between the two leaders in their respective fields, the collection itself and a series of photographs from accomplished photographer Ari Marcopoulos. The collection strives to achieve the ultimate goal of allowing skaters to traverse the world not only in style but through a series of well-thought out and easy to use products. De La Soul Nike Dunk SB Low - 2009 Release

De La Soul just leaked some info in a recent interview about their 2009 project with Nike. They never said if the project was with Nike SB, but we all assumed that seeing that the two linked up back in 2005. NSB reports that this metallic silver Dunk Low is based off of their 2001 AOI: Bionix album cover. The cover features all three members dressed in silver astronaut suits, and the Dunks resemble the suits due to the use of metallic silver.

According to the info provided, these were originally set to release in 2006, but they scrapped and are “rumored” to drop in ‘09. This makes perfect sense, but time will tell everything.

First off, we finally got brand new New Balance shoes in the building. I know its been a minute since our last shipment, but sometimes it takes a minute to track down the proper channels to get it popping...

MENS NB 420V:

Based on one of their original New Balance running shoes, the 420V is more of a running shoe silhouette and very simple with the stylings, but with renewed interest in heritage/vintage running shoes, we decided to give this model a shot on the shelves.

MENS MT580LVX "LUGGAGE SERIES":



I'm liking these New Balance 580 alot. They are more along the lines of the NB models you are used to seeing. I'm not sure what luggage they are refering to for their inspiration or what cues they took, but I would like to take this time to shot out the Barney's outlet in Waikele where they hooked your boy up MAJOR on a TUMI ballistic nylon garment bag (half off of an already half off markdown, kid!)

Apparently, this tye dye number is one of the hottest shoes in the streets right now. I bet Grateful Dead fans never thought they would see the day that they would have street cred with tye dye.

NIKE SB P.ROD 2 HIGH:



Nike SB has got something here. I was anticipating this shoe from the time I saw in the catalog. A P.Rod 2 High could have been bad news, but it was editing super right, which makes it a winner right out the gate! First, the tongue is padded, but not overdone. Hooray! The shoe take cues from the Low version, but doesn't mimic it exactly, which is nice. I am also just a big fan of high tops because you can lace and wear them so many different ways...

Not to be outdone by New Era and Estate LA, Nike has been steadily dropping more and more fitteds in their SB apparel lineup. A couple new colorways in plaid have just showed up at the “Ward” In4mation store, so get ‘em while they are hot. Remember, they do accept phone orders!
